Click the Help button located in your dashboard. This opens the support window where you can describe your issue.

Select a category and provide details about what you need help with. The more context you provide, the faster we can resolve your issue.

Submit and track

Once submitted, your ticket is logged and you’ll receive updates as it’s reviewed and resolved. You can track the status of all your tickets from the dashboard.
