# $VDR

> The native utility token of the Vodra platform.

[Vodra Token](https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/vodra/) (\$VDR) is the **native utility token of the Vodra platform**, created to support adoption and provide on-platform functionality for users and community members. As a Web3 application, Vodra is built to be open and accessible globally, without restrictions or intermediaries.

$VDR is designed to be used in parallel with Vodra's growth: enabling features, streamlining participation, and enhancing access to tools and rewards. $VDR originally launched on the Ethereum network in October 2021 and moved to Solana on January 17th, 2025.

## Token Utility

VDR's utility revolves around creating a decentralized ecosystem that benefits holders, creators, and users within the platform.

**Project Affiliation:** VDR holders of a certain size are granted "Project Affiliation" which provides exclusive benefits including passes to events hosted by Vodra or events where Vodra is a sponsor/participant.

All 2 billion VDR were minted and kept by the Main Project Wallet before being redistributed towards the various categories in the tokenomics. Any new team-controlled wallets will be added to this table.
