# Support

> Get help directly from within the Vodra dashboard.

Vodra includes a **built-in support system** so you can get help without leaving your dashboard. Whether you have a question about your earnings, a technical issue with your stream setup, or need help with your account, you can submit a support ticket directly from the platform.

## How to Submit a Ticket

    Click the **Help** button located in your dashboard. This opens the support window where you can describe your issue.

    Select a category and provide details about what you need help with. The more context you provide, the faster we can resolve your issue.

    Once submitted, your ticket is logged and you'll receive updates as it's reviewed and resolved. You can track the status of all your tickets from the dashboard.
